A partir de este capítulo, explico por qué la percepción del riesgo no es un "instinto universal", sino algo aprendido, moldeado por la experiencia, la cultura y el contexto (incluso cruzar la calle depende de ello). También hablo de lo que esta expresión suele ocultar en la vida cotidiana: suposiciones peligrosas, juicios y culpa, e incluso el intento de "demostrar" que no necesitamos invertir en mejoras porque "la gente debería saber". No vídeo de hoje eu falo sobre accountability na segurança do trabalho, um tema muito presente nas novas visões (HOP, Nova Visão de Segurança e Fatores Humanos), mas que ainda gera confusão no dia a dia das empresas. A ideia central é simples: accountability funciona como um contrato. Quando expectativa, responsabilidade, prazo e condições não ficam claros, a frustração aparece especialmente nas relações com contratados e terceiros, onde muitas vezes delegamos atividades críticas sem alinhar os “termos” do acordo. Aqui eu proponho um caminho prático: melhorar a clareza do que é esperado, incluir quem executa na construção do combinado e diferenciar “vou tentar” de “está combinado”.
