We are pioneers in the diffusion of the New View of Safety in Portuguese-speaking countries, developing online and in-person (in-company) training, conducting significant event investigations (accident analysis), and providing consulting and mentoring for Senior Leaders.
We are specialised in the practical application of the New View of Safety, with a primary focus on HOP (Human and Organizational Performance) and HRO (High Reliability Organizations). We emphasise systemic and humanised approaches, based on empirical evidence.
